US Consumer Protections partners with advocacy groups and plaintiffs’ firms to enforce consumer rights in financial services, including compliance strategy, litigation management, and regulatory engagement.
US Consumer Protections operates at the intersection of consumer advocacy, litigation strategy, and regulatory engagement. We work exclusively with law firms, advocacy organizations, and institutional partners. We do not work directly with individual consumers.
Our focus is the financial services sector, with deep experience in insurance and service contract disputes. We identify enforcement opportunities, coordinate legal strategy, and engage regulators on behalf of the groups we serve.
US Consumer Protections is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, is not a litigation funder, and does not represent individual consumers directly.
We work with advocacy groups to assess the regulatory and legal landscape, identify viable enforcement paths, and determine where consumer protection obligations are being violated. Our analysis drives strategy before a single filing is made.
When a case is warranted, we manage the process of sourcing qualified plaintiffs and identifying plaintiffs’ firms suited to the matter. We partner with counsel on case strategy and execution.
We engage state and federal regulators on behalf of advocacy groups to document systemic consumer harm, present evidence of violations, and support enforcement action at the policy level.
We design and execute consumer education campaigns to reach affected populations and inform them of their legal rights and available remedies, including small claims court pathways. Campaigns are built around specific dispute types and coordinated with litigation timelines.
We work with a limited number of partners at a time. If you are a law firm, advocacy organization, or institutional partner, use the form below to introduce yourself.
